∎ Candidates are mandatory to have completed the CA-CC certification.
∎ Certificate level - 3 subjects qualified will get preference also.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chartered Accountant, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, Tax, VAT, and risk management practices.
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting methods, and reporting.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Proactive, honest, sincere, hardworking & self-motivated.
∎ Motivated individual with the proven ability to organize and complete tasks in an efficient, methodical, and organized manner.
∎ Ability to analyze strategies and solve problems.
∎ Ability to work under a pressured environment.
∎ Trading or Export/Import, Tannery/Footwear, Garments Accessories.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Professionally sound in IASs & IFRSs and Continuous Updates on IASs & IFRSs.
∎ Alignment with National Regulatory compliance (Regulations of BSEC, FRC, NGOAB, MRA, Bangladesh Bank, etc.).
∎ Manage overall Tax & VAT matters of the Company which includes but is not limited to payment, processing, and submission of Tax & VAT returns/reports on time, handling external audits/disputes/appeals, and maintaining good relations with relevant authorities.
∎ Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning, and reporting.
∎ Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads, and optimizing working capital.
∎ Ensure appropriate cash flow for the organization's operation by coordinating with the sales team.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with Bankers, Auditors, and regulatory agencies.
∎ Follow up loan liability and general ledger of the company.
∎ Record and follow up all kind on daily transactions in the ERP System.
∎ Ensure proper and timely record keeping of the book of accounts.
∎ Import & Export LC follow up.
∎ Ensure accuracy of fixed assets quantity & amount.
∎ Regular report to the top management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management requirements.
∎ Prepare management reports monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and when necessary, and submit the reports to the management on time.
∎ Maintain all kind daily local purchase bills, check voucher, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher or any others documents as per company policy.
∎ Define overhead cost allocation and repatriation guidelines.
∎ Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
∎ Review & validate SOPs, policies, and processes to ensure compliance.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management.
