∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Diploma in Commerce in Accounting

∎ Age 25 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Income  statements, inventory and liabilities  and Balance Sheets etc.
∎ Journal Entries & GL Management: Record and analyze journal entries; maintain the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accuracy in ERP software.
∎ VAT, Tax, and AIT Management: Ensure compliance with VAT, Income Tax, and Advance Income Tax (AIT) regulations; prepare and file tax returns as required.
∎ Bill Preparation: Prepare and process bills and invoices for clients and suppliers in a timely manner.
∎ Cash Collection: Manage cash collection processes to ensure timely receipt of payments and maintain cash flow.
∎ Banking: Oversee banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals; manage bank statement collections and reconcile bank statements.
∎ Budget & forecasting: Preparing annual budget and reconciliation actual Vs budget
∎ Expenses: Monitoring and taking approval of expenses according to policy
∎ Salary Disbursement: Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement to all employees.
∎ Accounts Receivable & Payable: Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable; perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Financial Analysis: Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning initiatives.
∎ Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain integrity and transparency.
∎ Audit Support: Collaborate with various auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and information.
∎ Commercial Management: Oversee and manage all types of commercial work
∎ Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for all transactions and processes, timely Maintenance of Bills, Vouchers, Deeds, Documents, Ledgers etc. including proper Record Keeping System.
∎ Other Tasks: Undertake any other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the company.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
