∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify and Check all posting In Tally & ERP
∎ Prepare Monthly Inventory report
∎ Documentation and filling Bank Loan, VAT & Tax
∎ Maintain Fixed Assets Register
∎ Pre-Audit of all petty bills and Project expenses on regular basis.
∎ Conduct physical inventory of the goods with the stock report as per management instruction & prepare the inventory report and submit to the Management.
∎ Check bills, vouchers, registers and all other related documents to ensure proper record keeping.
∎ Cost control
∎ All types of reconciliation (Intercompany, Sales, Purchases, AR, Advanced & Bank)
∎ Work with the team and support them for smooth recording & reporting
∎ Supporting external auditors with documents, and information during financial & management audit
∎ Any other special task assigned by the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to handle Ms-Office Operations.
∎ Capable of ERP operation
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
