Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hunting new prospects and customers.
∎ Use networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods to identify and approach potential clients.
∎ Foster and Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Create new market segments to boost revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Skilled to Demonstrates Software to the client, analyzing client requirement, providing solution from existing solution and translate client requirement to inhouse development team.
∎ Skilled in Presentation, arranging meeting and hunting requirements from existing client and potential clients for upselling and cross selling.
∎ Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify needs for current and future service/solution.
∎ Develop and grow a portfolio.
∎ Offer after-sales support tailored to client needs and feedback.
∎ Client negotiation for sales and service contracts, managing proper documentation and renewals.
∎ Monitor sales targets and record performance metrics.
∎ Analyze industry trends to maintain competitive positioning.
∎ Provide reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities to the team leader.
∎ Work with the team to align sales strategies and ensure regular updates on knowledge.
