Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
∎ Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
∎ Techdyno BD Ltd. is a dynamic and innovative tech company looking for a Sr. Executive in sales to lead its sales team.
∎ Location: Tropical Mollah Tower, Middle Badda, Link Road, Dhaka
∎ Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
∎ Responsibilities:
