Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire a few experienced sales and Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in implementing marketing plans, generating new leads, and getting new sales orders.
∎ To ensure success as a sales and marketing Sr. Executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently and also with a professional sales team to achieve sales targets.
∎ Responsible for regular follow-up with customers and maintaining proper records.
∎ Responsible for direct meeting with the prospects/ customers in our office and also outside
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visits.
∎ Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
∎ Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.
∎ Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally.
∎ Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
∎ This is a purely target-oriented job and you will receive handsome incentives if you meet the target.
∎ Implement and follow the sales plan assigned by the Manager.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
