Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or Bachelor degree [Marketing or Management preferable].
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Assist and fulfill existing client requirements according to the set policies of the company.
∎ Respond to marketing enquiries over telephone, email, or in-person.
∎ Respond to potential clients with project information.
∎ Respond to project visit in-person with potential client when necessary.
∎ Prepare, proof-read, and manage client deed of agreement and other paperwork.
∎ Maintain after-sales formalities such as payment schedule file, payment reminders, interior choices, signing of registration documents etc.
∎ Physically collect cash or cheques from clients when required.
∎ Maintain updated real-estate industry information.
∎ Assist the manager & general manager in project marketing including brochure preparations, promotional and advertisements, online media, branding products etc.
∎ Discuss potential improvements of the department with general manager.
∎ Update company marketing information including company website.
∎ Brand management (including office supplies) inside the head office.
∎ Participate and manage corporate social responsibilities when necessary.
∎ Above related work and some personal works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) experienced in real estate sector.
∎ Only real estate experienced sales & marketing persons will get preference.
∎ Work with honesty, integrity, and sincere intentions.
∎ Ability to work in a professional work environment.
∎ Ability to work within a professional marketing team.
∎ Arrive at work on time.
∎ Late night working hours on exceptional days depending on circumstantial work demands.
∎ Minimum computer knowledge requirements. Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email, Internet, using printers and smartphones.
∎ Candidate will be practically tested on computer skills during interview.
∎ Minimum language requirements:
∎ Reading, writing, speaking in Bangla and English
