Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some energetic.
∎ Manager / Sr. Executive -Flat sales & marketing for Civic Real Estate Ltd. with at least 5-10 years of proven experience in flat sales.
∎ Location: Chattogram

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to achieve company's sales target.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Indentify and establish contact with potential customers
∎ Maintain and develop good relationship with customers.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them projects information over telephone.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
∎ Responsible for dealing in house clients.
∎ To visit apartment with client for the satisfaction.
∎ To share idea how improve sales with top management and other colleagues.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/quarterly/monthly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ To find out new sort of idea to generate sale and also find out new ideas for attraction to the customers.
∎ Ensure and maintaining proper records keeping of all sales activities.
∎ To participate any other activities when required as part of management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Manager / Sr. Executive -Flat sales & marketing for Civic Real Estate Ltd. with at least 5-10 years of proven experience in flat sales.

Salary:
∎ Salary is depending on the experience of the applicant.
