Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to find new sales opportunities
- Actively seek out new clients through calls, networking, and social media
- Prepare and deliver presentations on our products and services
- Work closely with team members to achieve better results
- Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams
- Handle after-sales formalities, such as checking application forms and preparing agreements
- Work with monthly sales targets and set an example as a successful target achiever
- Follow up with clients through calls and visits regularly
- Arrange meetings and project visits for clients
- Report sales activities to senior management
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Close deals with proper documentation
