Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quick communication & problem-solving ability.
∎ Generating leads.
∎ Sales & Marketing proficiency for Interior Company & Interior related Products.
∎ Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
∎ Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
∎ Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
∎ Understanding and promoting company programs.
∎ Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
∎ Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
∎ Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
∎ Maintaining client records.
∎ Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
∎ Those who has his own bike, will get preference. Presentable and smart/confidently speaking candidates will get preference.
∎ Must have good Bangla & English writing ability about any kind of Product.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design, and Architecture Firm.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Highly motivated and target driven with hard working mindset.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
∎ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
