Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

• Training in Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of RMG production processes and planning techniques.

• Capacity planning and line loading expertise.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Understanding of production flow from cutting to shipment.

• Prepare production plans based on order requirements, capacity, and delivery timelines

• Develop line loading plans and ensure optimal utilization of production capacity

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, IE teams for smooth execution of plans

• Monitor daily production status and track progress against plan

• Identify production delays and take corrective actions to meet shipment deadlines

• Maintain order-wise production tracking and reporting

• Ensure proper allocation of styles, lines, and resources

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and MIS

• Analyze production performance, efficiency, and bottlenecks

• Support factory capacity planning and forecasting activities

• Coordinate with finishing and shipment teams for delivery planning

• Ensure alignment between cutting, sewing, finishing, and shipment plans

• Assist in implementing planning SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support buyer communication through merchandising team regarding production status

• Maintain data accuracy and planning documentation
