Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing QA parameters, standards and procedures that align with industry's best practices and organizational requirements.
∎ Implementing QA strategy and execute objectives according to buyers requirements.
∎ Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to ensure that quality control policies and procedures are being followed and implemented consistently.
∎ Executing quality and technical processes and protocols for products and raw materials.
∎ Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure that QA policies and procedures are being followed and implemented effectively.
∎ Identifying and escalating quality control issues to senior management as necessary, and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to QC and ensure that the organization is in compliance.
∎ Ensuring that the products meet quality standards and customer expectations by conducting regular quality control checks, inspections, and tests.
∎ Monitor quality control metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to address issues and implement solutions.
∎ Participate in the development of new products to ensure that QC requirements are met throughout the design and production processes.
∎ Handle customer quality claims and provide timely feedback on quality issues.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
