∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments HR and Admin, HR and Payroll
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination and management of the entire factory payroll, compensation & benefits function;
∎ Must Have working knowledge CITL HRM Software/ HRM Software/Payroll Software
∎ Maintain and update personal data of all the employees of the Company through HRIS and Process final settlement of employees leaving the company, loan processing and other employee services;
∎ Carry out filing, record keeping, documentation, and office management of HR department;
∎ Ensure timely completion of compensation and benefits management of management staff;
∎ Various types of report like turnover, Migration, Absenteeism, Efficiency, attendance, leave, Overtime & Allowance etc;
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet, advance salary sheet, pay slip, yearly festival bonus sheet, yearly all increment sheet & yearly Earned leave encasement sheet;
∎ Monthly salary adjustment such as arrears or advance, excess Mobile bill deduction & others adjustment;
∎ Preparation of payment reports such as salary manpower, total cash & bank salary with OT amount;
∎ Prepare subsistence bill, Arrear bill, and maternity benefit bill for payment;
∎ Maintain and record keeping by the computer and manually salary sheet, overtime sheet, earned leave payment sheet, Eid bonus sheet, all increment sheet and promotion sheet for future reference and also for facing audit;
∎ Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
