Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Educational Qualification: MBA (Accounting/ Finance) & BBA (Accounting/ Finance) from a reputed University with good academic record.
∎ Candidates having CA (CC) or CMA (partly qualified) will get preference but not mandatory.
∎ Skills Required: Expertise in Tally ERP/QuickBooks or others Accounting software will be added advantage.
∎ Candidate who have experience handling Finance & Banking of a Construction/IT company will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Correspondence with bank to maintain relationship for related LC documents Payment, Loan creation (Work Order Finance, SOD & OD Loan) & repayment, balance Confirmation, Tender Security (BG, PG, APG), Line of Credit etc.
∎ Should have Sound knowledge regarding Head of Accounts.
∎ Analyze tender documentation to understand bid guarantee requirements.
∎ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for bid guarantee preparation.
∎ Prepare and submit bid guarantees in accordance with tender specifications and legal requirements.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive record of all bid guarantees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
∎ Review contractual obligations to determine performance guarantee requirements.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to obtain relevant information for performance guarantee preparation.
∎ Ensure timely submission of performance guarantees and monitor their validity periods.
∎ Work closely with finance and legal teams to address any issues related to performance guarantees.
∎ Review contractual obligations to determine performance guarantee requirements.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to obtain relevant information for performance guarantee preparation.
∎ Ensure timely submission of performance guarantees and monitor their validity periods.
∎ Work closely with finance and legal teams to address any issues related to performance guarantees.

∎ Keep the record of the updated fund/expenditure status and will provide analytical reports and forecast to management on fund utilization.
∎ Liaison with all banks management for conducting smooth fund management as well as sound business operation of the group.
∎ Arrangement for making weekly & monthly vendors & suppliers payment through Bank.
