Responsibilities & Context:

1. Manage and update social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

2. Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the content calendar

3. Coordinate with the content and graphic design teams to ensure timely and quality content delivery

4. Write and optimize basic captions, hashtags, and post descriptions for social media platforms

5. Handle Facebook Ads Manager, including post boosting, campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting

6. Track, analyze, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on reach, engagement, and campaign results

7. Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to ensure proper online engagement

8. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns

9. Assist in increasing brand awareness and online presence across digital platforms

10. Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to identify trends and improvement areas

11. Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication

12. Perform other digital marketing–related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
