Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new customer segment, product development, define marketing and sales strategy.
∎ Target oriented and generating satisfactory new sales revenue.
∎ Assist the Manager to drive top line goals through sales, by maintaining and growing strategic accounts.
∎ Valued customer identifications and competitors analysis.
∎ Collect market information and act as an effective interface with customers.
∎ Effective sales email communications and problem identifications and solutions.
∎ Handle buyer with quick feedback .
∎ Good communication skills with production team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Execellent negotiation power with the customer.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about the local/ abroad sourcing premises.
∎ Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
