Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering/ BBA/ Masters/ MBA (Marketing) from reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge about construction chemicals with building details.
∎ Good knowledge about English speaking and writing.
∎ Client hunt and creating Marketing opportunity.
∎ Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in perfect order.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different consultant/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports to in charge and top management.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Should be able to self-motivate and work under pressure.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of documentation & weekly / monthly reporting to the departmental head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Who working with construction chemical site for long time will be preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written.
∎ Proper Knowledge on Marketing & Sales for Developer Company.
