Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree from any Repudiated University.
∎ Diploma in Interior Design & Architecture (with 3 Years Practical Experience).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a complete sales/marketing strategy to meet sales target.
∎ Achieve monthly & annual sales target.
∎ Identifying right customer and send proposal on the basis the need analysis and provide solutions for them if required.
∎ Conduct sales presentation, negotiate sales transactions and follow up on business opportunities.
∎ Build a positive inter-personal relationship with clients.
∎ Take responsibility for all clients' activities that need to be developed and delivered to the clients on time.
∎ Working closely with other heads of Departments on company project.
∎ Make sure that the products are delivered as programmed.
∎ Handing customer complaints and ensure proper service.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
∎ Play role to add value of brand.
∎ Participating various events & fairs when needed.
∎ Flexible for extended working hours
∎ Having a clear idea about product, technical aspects, installation process & servicing.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge about electrical and home appliances product, kitchen cabinet & kitchen accessories, bathroom fittings, sanitary Items & lighting.
∎ Visit market to assess the performances of company and competitors as well.
∎ Have to work under pressure with multitasking ability.
∎ Should be smart and have good convincing capabilities against customer queries.
∎ Identify the customers need.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.

∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm, Real-Estate Company, Furniture Company, Board/ Door Company, Interior Materials Company.
∎ Have to have technical knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Have to have Behavioral skills on Time Management, Communication, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Professional and Positive Attitude.
∎ The candidate must have well idea about the materials, connecting ability with the vendor, estimate materials cost and requirement against the work

Salary: Negotiable
