Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Must have 3-4 years' experience).
∎ Diploma in Interior Design & Architecture (Must have 8-10 Years Practical Experience).
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Architect with deep experience in Interior Design and Architecture also (Specially Resort & Landscape Design).
∎ Job Location: One person for Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka. & another one person for Bogura .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Design (Interior, Architecture & Landscape) Concept, plan, elevation, Detailed & Working drawing, 3D Visualization with animation and Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Knowledge of drawing submission to different authorities for approval.
∎ Keeping a record of Project properly.
∎ Maintain communication with Corporate Clients. Moreover, meeting with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Materials.
∎ Follow up the project execution regular basis. (Visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans)
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other works assigned by the management.
∎ Independently work with In-House Design team for on time design submission as required by department head.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have to good communicator - verbally, graphically and in written form.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm.
∎ Have to have technical knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch-up, VRAY rendering, Lumion, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator and Ms Office.
∎ Have to have Behavioral skills on Time Management, Communication, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Professional and Positive Attitude.
∎ The candidate must have well idea about the materials, connecting ability with the vendor, estimate materials cost and requirement against the work
