Responsibilities & Context:
Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Sr. Executive (Marketing & Sales).
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
- Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.
- Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Maintain good relationship with clients.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
