Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job role:- Responsible for seamless front office operation, petty cash management and media support.
∎ Key deliverables:-
∎ Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
∎ Maintain petty cash, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
∎ Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary office supplies at all times.
∎ Coordination within the team and other departments.
∎ Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ 2-3 Years' Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
