∎ We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Account Executive with a proven track record of leading real estate sales who is very passionate in convert leads to committed buyers, providing sales support to brokers, assisting in land/Flat/property selection, and selling upgrades. You will ensure every customer has an incredible experience in their dream buying journey with Mrittika Alliance. Job Responsibilities:
∎ What you'll be doing:
∎ Lead sales activities with customers
∎ Owning new customer relations from initial connection to conversion to contract
∎ Creating a real relationship with customers
∎ Communicating customer needs back to our teams
∎ Guiding offers, contracts, and financing
∎ Properly track and move prospects through the pipeline
∎ Explaining all purchase agreement documentation including land and home contracts
∎ Completing sales reports, weekly meetings, prospect status tracking, sales activity, commitments, and closings
∎ Participating in onsite prospecting events and offsite outreach activities
∎ Collaborating with project marketing teams to develop effective communication with the prospected leads
∎ Working closely with Directors and Managers to build better processes, tools, and customer experience
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced: You have experience with high volume sales working at a real estate developer or agency where the key responsibilities are Flat, Land, or apartment sales with a huge passion for the work. You're familiar with working with various sales automation tools and CRMs. You understand the sales and marketing funnel and how leads are handed off between teams.
∎ Passionate: You are excited about the work you do and can connect with potential clients quickly discerning their key needs and responding with the key value propositions that will resonate the most with the client
∎ Adaptable: Be willing to adapt and expand your duties and responsibilities as the role develops over time.
