Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/ MBA in HRM from any reputed institute.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower Budget and Manpower Planning and prepare Recruitment Requisition.
∎ Update and follow up the daily attendance, checking manpower reports, separation reports and absenteeism reports.
∎ Prepare job advertisements and organize prior submission to appropriate authority.
∎ Checking of applications forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
∎ Ensure office staff appointment letter, Performance appraisal and evaluation, employee promotion, transfer, confirmation, separation, Turnover report, disciplinary procedure, etc. as per company policy.
∎ Need to check and ensure monthly wages sheet prepared according to the company policy and all are accurate.
∎ Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Skill inventory and Skill matrices of employees.
∎ Perform employee exit interview.
∎ Able to take disciplinary action according to labor law.
∎ Prepare monthly HR report with details as required for top management.
∎ Prepare final settlements documents for separated workers or staff according to company policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR & Administration
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
