∎ Educational qualifications will be relaxed for highly experienced potential candidates.

∎ 3-5 years of experience working in a similar field,
∎ Strong understanding of marketing, branding, product promotion, e-commerce,
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer requirements.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Besides Bangla, proficiency in written and spoken English is desired.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our products,
∎ Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement,
∎ Create visuals and video content for website, social media, promotional ads, and e-commerce portals.
∎ Design brochures/posters, leaflets, signboards, banners, flyers, festoons, and other branding materials,
∎ Utilize SEO, SEM, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and lead generation,
∎ Manage and improve email marketing campaigns for customer retention and acquisition,
∎ Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies,
∎ Work closely with product teams to ensure marketing aligns with product features and benefits
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
∎ Website Maintenance and Administration.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management.
