Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance
∎ Professional Qualification: CA, CC and Certificate Level / Completed at least 4 to 5 subjects).

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual and periodic financial statements and reports for the Regulator, Financial Institute and Management in line with guidance and standards of IAS & IFRS;
∎ Ensure applicable accounting standards are appropriately applied and take initiative to implement new accounting standards from time to time;
∎ Coordinate tax and VAT audits with the authorities, consultants & lawyers and prepare and filling all the supported bill-voucher, file and documents;
∎ Review TDS calculations and ensure timely payment of all payments supported by justified vouchers & instruments;
∎ Ensure all VAT & Tax is appropriately deducted, collected and paid over on a timely basis as per compliance;
∎ Coordinate and meet the requirements of internal and external audit;
∎ Coordinate the all types of statutory return of Tax, VAT, RJSC, BIDA etc;
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge on all fiscal laws in Bangladesh;
∎ Good knowledge of IFRS, IAS, VAT, and TAX;
∎ must have knowledge and experience of Advance Excel.
