Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Excellent communication skills: Mmust possess great communication and collaboration skills to be able to work with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders from around the world.
∎ 2. Cross-cultural competency: Must have the ability to work respectfully and productively with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
∎ 3. Research, develop, and manage export business plans, trade agreements and export strategies.
∎ 4. Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations.
∎ 5. Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action.
∎ 6. Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase export sales.
∎ 7. Provide guidance and support to other staff in the organization.
∎ 8. Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements.
