Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibility:

  • Conducting Extensive Market Research, Identification of Potential Customers, prior Evaluation of Customer requirements, Promotional Activities for Lead Generation, Heading with Techno-Commercial Business Proposal for Sales of Healthcare/Diagnostic Equipment, Medical Devices and Consumables etc.
  • Market Penetration for both Public and Private Institutions by ensuring maximum coverage of all Principals/Accounts within the specific territory areas to maintain optimum level of exposure of products and effective engagement with customers.
  • Responsible for Achieving/Exceeding Revenue Targets (AOP) and Annual Service Agreement (ASM) for each Principals/Accounts within the specific territory.
  • Providing Pre-Sales Technical Assistance and Educating the Customers about Product’s Technical Know-how. Ensuring After-Sales Service Support to the Customers if required. And Follow-Up and Customer Relationship Management of the Existing Customers.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports and keeping records, and constantly review and update database to maintain Management Information System (MIS).
  • Execution and Carry Out of any assigned scope of responsibility or service as per the Management’s feedback.
