Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticketing, Tour and Travel Agency, Tour Guide, Amadeus, GDS
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/ Amadeus/Web modules), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Book Hotels, Tour Package.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Design, develop and manage domestic and international tour packages for B2C and B2B clients and other assigned work from the company.
∎ Complete knowledge about ADM Policies, BSP Links, IATA Regulations.
∎ Should be friendly with customers resourceful with potential leads.
∎ To provide the Visa related services.
∎ Dealing with Corporate Clients & Marketing.
∎ Making invoices & maintain ticketing-related accounts.
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing.
∎ Any other Tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous Working experience in Airline/GSA will be an added advantage.
∎ Must have experience of working in a travel agent for ticketing/reservation, Visa & Tour package etc.
∎ Good command on email correspondence and writing/speaking in English.
