Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely analysis of business performance to review/revise targets if required.
∎ Collaborate with department head in preparing comprehensive sales/marketing plans and budgets for GSA Cargo
∎ Achieve quarterly/annual sales target that increases profitability
∎ Own and get customers by daily sales visit and submit the visit report on daily/weekly basis
∎ Gain the competitive business intelligence to develop database
∎ Lead all sales & marketing initiatives of the department through campaigns, competitive pricing, etc. that enables services to stand-out from competitors.
∎ Ensure existing and new client visits every week to generate new sales leads.
∎ Ensure a customer friendly platform to deliver outstanding customer services/support.
∎ Ensure regular customer feedback/communication and utilize feedback data to customize services that are unique and secures preference of service over competitors.
∎ Ensure timely reports are prepared for concerned offices and follow-up on all queries for smooth operations.
∎ Coordinate with accounts and clients in timely settlement of all market dues.
∎ Coordinate with support Airport office that secures on-time support in cargo shipments.
∎ Ensure timely communication with Thai Cargo principle office

∎ Must have hands on experience in working with online Airlines or GSA.
∎ Must have strong communication skills (Proficient in spoken and written English).
