Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquires new merchants as partners for product and campaign development.
∎ Drive plan for the expansion of merchant partnership opportunities in strategic target areas.
∎ Plan, monitor, and control merchant calling program to generate new merchant partnerships.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with merchants.
∎ Negotiate with merchants for pricing.
∎ Prepare necessary documentation for merchant partnerships.
∎ Arrange necessary training sessions for merchant outlets onboarding.
∎ Work with outlet support officers to provide timely merchant support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At 1+ years of working experience in relevant filed. Freshers are discouraged to apply.

∎ Working experience in the e-commerce industry is a must.
∎ Very good communication and convincing skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

∎ Fluent in both English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Reporting.
