∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit, Audit investigation, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit, Inventory Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & verify all kinds of daily bills, purchase bills, repair & maintenance bill, all other Payment bills, C&F bills and Import bill voucher before payment for ensuring the accuracy of accounting.
∎ Physical verification & counting of petty cash & confirmed with petty cash book.
∎ Check all kinds of party bills.
∎ Checking bill voucher with proper documentation, Approval and Market competitive price.
∎ Make yearly, Monthly and daily audit plan and execute the internal audit based on plan.
∎ Physical Inventory & Asset verification.
∎ Complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
∎ Investigate occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, and theft, waste and recommend controls to prevent or detect such occurrences.
∎ Conduct audits on an ad-hoc basis/ as assigned by management teams
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good computer knowledge on MS office.
∎ Strong report writing skills.
∎ Proactive, positive attitude, honest and dynamic.
∎ Excellent analytical ability.
