Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Professional certification from The Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh (ICGAB) will be given prefrence.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, VAT and Tax

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day accounting operations and ensuring proper records have been done systematically.
∎ Deal with payment voucher and vendor bill checking and posting.
∎ Collection & payment posting & reconcile on regular basis.
∎ Maintain ledger book, petty Cash and other source documents.
∎ Organizing vouchers, bills and Bank statements on a daily basis.
∎ Keeping records of transaction & preparation of all kinds of vouchers and record accordingly.
∎ Maintaining various reconciliation i.e. Party Ledger, Bank Statement etc.
∎ Keeping records of all important document i.e. TDS, VDS & Treasury Deposit etc.
∎ Ensure timely reporting of day to day financial information and send to head office.
∎ Proficient knowledge in Foreign Exchange transactions and must have good communication skill with Foreign supplier.
∎ Good Knowledge about opening and maintain Master L/C, BTB L/C, TT & Export/Import.
∎ Expert in using and maintain all of accounting entries in ERP software.
∎ Capable to maintain and follow up bank accounts transaction and reconciliation timely.
∎ Capable to prepare report regarding related to daily Import, Bill Submission, Realization, Bill under Collection, Document outstanding and update record keeping.
∎ Oversee and Local Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan is in place.
∎ Oversee and local Product Costing.
∎ Calculate indirect taxes & VAT ensuring comply with NBR and reporting other direct tax & VAT requirements.
∎ Assesses compliance with financial regulations: testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements and related financial statements; examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
