Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Baly Integrated Solution Ltd. Finance team is looking for an energetic , intelligent and sincere Sr. Executive/Executive- Accounts for the corporate & factory office. The person should display his knowledge, skill, experiences and qualification on accounting acumen.Business wise Payment Voucher, Journal Voucher & Adjustment Voucher as per guideline of company. Maintain business cost Budget & Payment. Accounts preparation and Bank Reconciliation. Party advance & Employee advance adjustment in time. Accounts preparation and Bank Reconciliation. TDS & VDS deducts from supplier bills & preparation of Challan for payment Bill checking, provisioning, and payment process & Audit. Manage voucher files after payment. Ensure all the inventory and report to the management. Regularize vouchers from authorized pending voucher option in TALLY. Assist Audit and Tax dept. by providing vouchers and other documents. Systematic documentation. Assist to the Finance team in business cost & Revenue Analysis & vetting with prospective departments. Any other assignment is given by higher authority.
