Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to Independent and creative thinker to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure.
∎ Must take responsibilities of Online Sales of our ecommerce business and software business.
∎ Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
∎ Manage the strategy for ecommerce business, software products and mobile apps and games.
∎ Manage and train the rest of the team.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
∎ Manage all digital marketing channels.
∎ Measure ROI and KPIs.
∎ Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
∎ Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
∎ Write contents if requires in both Bengali and English.
∎ Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
∎ Build an inbound marketing plan.
∎ Forecast sales performance trends.
∎ Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
∎ Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in any renowned E-commerce Company will get higher preference.
∎ Proven experience as Digital Marketing
∎ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
∎ Experience with B2C/B2B social media, Google Ads and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
∎ Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
∎ Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
∎ Skills and experience in creative content writing in both Bengali and English.
∎ Analytical mindset and creative thinking.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of running and panning creative and capitative marketing campaign.
