∎ Diploma (Civil) with minimum 5 years and B.Sc. (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market survey & rate analysis:-
∎ Regular market visits as per requirement & submit the report to management.
∎ Updated rate analysis of MS Rod, stone & Grey cement on daily basis.
∎ Analyze the national & International market trend.
∎ Info management & suggest to stock the materials which material rate will be increase/ decrease in future.
∎ Project visit (Only on need basis) to see the materials quality as per sample .
∎ Central Wear House & Project Store Inventory Control.
∎ Materials & Labor rate analysis.
∎ Verify posting of all requisition and supplier bills adjustments.
∎ Purchase (Cash) work in collaboration with procurement and other departments.
∎ Any other additional work depending on need and non – availability of personal within the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of work experiences are required.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Should have good communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
