Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly and yearly Corporate sales (Commercial Space) targets.
∎ To create a premium client database.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
∎ To maintain relationships with the existing customers.
∎ To submit various reports to the corporate head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years in a similar position and at least 6 years experience with reputed Real Estate companies.
∎ Minimum 3 Years Commercial sales-related working experience in top-ranked Organizations.
∎ Experience in shopping mall sales, premium product sales or exclusive corporate products.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, corporate presentations and management report preparation.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
