Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting from any recognized university
∎ Qualification: CA (Certificate Level) / CMA (Inter)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the material costing, product costing, Overhead, work in process (WIP),
∎ Finished goods (FG), Cost of Goods Sold (CGS) etc. and cost sheet as per standard Format.
∎ Maintain L/C account, adjustment etc.
∎ Maintain FC accounts and give the necessary adjustment in time.
∎ Provide accounts/financial information to the line manager & record accounting voucher through proper coding and posting into the accounting database.
∎ Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedure at manufacturing level.
∎ Preparing & maintaining project accounts, cash, bank transactions, received & payment statement, cash & fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
∎ Ensue proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers, cash and bank transection.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly) financial reports to the management.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily transections.
∎ Sound knowledge on accounting package software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Maximum age of candidate: 35 year(s). Other candidates will be considered but preference will be given to those under 35.
∎ 4+ years of related work experience.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding accounting software
∎ Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel
Salary: Negotiable
