Education:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Cost & Management Accounting
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ • Sound knowledge regarding accounting software
∎ • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel
∎ • CA (Certificate Level)/ CMA (Intern)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Prepare the material costing, product costing, Overhead, Work in process (WIP)
∎ • Finished goods (FG), Cost of Goods sold (CGS ) etc and cost sheet as per standard Format .
∎ • Maintain L/C account adjustment etc.
∎ • Maintain FC Accounts and give the necessary adjustment in time.
∎ • Provide accounts /financial information to the line Manager & record accounting voucher through proper coding and posting into the according Database.
∎ • Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedure at manufacturing level.
∎ • Preparing & Maintaining project accounts cash, bank transactions received & payment statement, cash & fund flow statement, stock, record, trial balance profit and loss account, TAX & VAT management etc .
∎ • Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts / registers, cash & bank transection.
∎ • Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (monthly/ Quarterly / half yearly/ Yearly) financial reports to the Management.
∎ • Cheek daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and Daily transections.
∎ • Sound Knowledge on accounting package software.
