Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare EXP in Bangladesh Bank Website
- Provide BL draft to shipping line and follow-up with them until ETA at destination and need to collect B/L from Freight Forwarder
- Prepare all export related documents: B/L draft, commercial invoices, packing list, detail packing list, Beneficiary Certificate CO (Certificate of Origin), SGS, Insurance Certificate, NOC, C&F Certificate etc.
- Prepare Phytosanitary / Heat Treatment / Fumigation Certificate in Department of Agricultural Extension
- Prepare and input all financial and documents related data in Excel Sheet
- Develop and keep filing system up to date
- Scrutiny shippers all documents to prepare final documents
- Scrutiny final documents before submission to Bank
- Follow up payment received and realization
- Handle EPB related activities & Prepare documents
- Prepare Commercial Expense Bill
- Do all the required tasks for commercial department as required by Management
