∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Has the capacity to handle commercial export business independently and submit on-time documents for Buyer & Bank. Experience at M&S and H&M Export will get priority.
∎ Responsible for the letter of credit review of export-related documents, including incoterm, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
∎ To contact freight forwarding companies promptly and accurately for shipment and warehouse delivery work.
∎ Handling and coordinating the activities of Export, C & F, Banking and Logistics.
∎ Collect export documents from the bank and process further within a short time.
∎ Capable to do reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as per company policy.
∎ Strong communication capability both Written & Oral in English with the Overseas Buyers.
