∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or Marketing related subjects. In the case of highly experienced candidates, the educational qualification is relaxed

Job Context:
∎ BYSL Global Technology Group, a next-generation technology conglomerate, is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who will be responsible for business development, marketing and sales of IT products and services.
∎ As a Sr. Executive, Business Development, you will take care of sales leads generation, guiding sales executives, creating strategic alliance partnerships, generating referrals, and formulating short and long-term strategies. You will also set strategic product objectives by identifying, developing and supporting channels; monitoring results; increasing sales; maximizing revenues; managing customer relationships and educating prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales leads and follow up
∎ Support and help sales resources handle customers by educating and preparing customers for a successful close of business deals
∎ Drive the commercial negotiations of projects and arrange meeting for sales executive and perform as the key contributor to close a deal
∎ Create strategic alliance partnerships and build a strong business relationship network
∎ Arrange events or run campaigns discussing forthcoming product development and special promotions and educate people about products and services to create potential buyers
∎ Become a relationship collector in the world of IT
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a higher level of overall customer experience
∎ Develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
∎ Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
∎ Drive organic traffic to our websites
∎ Define and analyze key metrics that measure and benchmark of success
∎ Establish and maintain automated reporting and optimization processes. Provide performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained
∎ Generate new ideas to create contents, banners, images, videos, promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, social media and email marketing
∎ Ensure accurate and optimized information on company pages (Google, Facebook, etc.)
∎ To manage sales and marketing activities at both corporate and government levels

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): App marketing, Business Development, Documentation, Tendering Expert, Market Development, IT-enabled services, Software Company
∎ Must have knowledge about software/IT-enabled services and market insights
∎ Experienced in a relevant role for e-commerce (B2C and B2B) will get preference
∎ Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development skills are plus
∎ Minimum 5+ years experience in relevant field
∎ Candidates with strong editorial experience will get special preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Software Implementation, Software Industry, Software Development
∎ Candidates must have a very strong command of English
∎ Outstanding communication and leadership skills
∎ Ability to explain the technical concept in simple terms
∎ Must have the capacity for software presentation at corporate and Government level
∎ Skilled in executing digital marketing campaigns on social networking platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin), Microblogging (Twitter, Tumblr), photo sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest), vlogging or video posting (YouTube, Facebook Live etc.), and email marketing
∎ Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in the corporate sector
∎ A dynamic problem solver
∎ Able to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization
∎ Able to handle complex sales process to make a successful deal
