Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Marketing, Food Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate marketing objective with brand, creative and agency.
∎ Brand wise analysis for sales & accordingly contribute in strategy implementation.
∎ Analyze data to understand the market and consumer insights.
∎ Oversee 'Above the Line' (ATL) & 'Below the Line' (BTL) advertising activities.
∎ Initiate & control survey to identify potential markets for products
∎ Propose & develop 'Point Of Sales Materials' (POSM) item to meet expected outcome.
∎ Maintain relationship with media and vendor to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
