SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP PP, SAP SD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the different development and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling)
∎ Provide support to Implementation partner to Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
∎ Document test cases and results.
∎ Financial Result Analysis with Respect to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Accounts
∎ o Open PR/ PO Analysis
∎ o Open GR/IR Aging
∎ o Payable Aging
∎ o Open Sales Order status
∎ o Open PGI analysis
∎ o Receivable Aging
∎ Monitoring Month End Closure activities like
∎ o Depreciation Run
∎ o Foreign Exchange Valuation Run
∎ o Completeness of Provision Posting
∎ Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document Business requirements
∎ Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
∎ Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
∎ Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
∎ Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
∎ Act as a liaison between the business functions and the Implementation partner.
∎ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required and circulates the Training manuals
∎ Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience and understanding of Garment/Textile will have preference.
∎ Good understanding of
∎ Accounts Payable,
∎ Accounts Receivable,
∎ Financial Accounting,
∎ Fixed Asset Accounting,
∎ Inter-company Accounting,
∎ Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP and PM.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
∎ Must be result oriented.
