Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professionals for our Materials department as “Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager(Materials/Store)”. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge over in performing Purchase fabrics and accessories from Overseas and Local suppliers. The incumbent should have the adequate practical work knowledge over:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials (different types of fabrics), and other necessary items (Accessories, Thread, Button, Hangtag, Poly bags Et…).
  • Production materials as per Challan, LC & Commercial Invoice issue & receiving and also maintaining Stock Register for all.
  • Implement ERP System (Fabric, Accessories, Closing stock, and up to date Store).
  • Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Follow up Warehouse Day to day operation (Received, Issues, Physical counting, Proper location maintain with BIN Card).
  • Warehouse cost minimize with select proper manpower areas.
  • Follow up Import Logistic management (Import Fabric).
  • To make demand forecasting and maintain Materials Received and delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on stock status, procurement activities, and any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to store management.
  • Supervise store staff, including assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide training and support to store personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the store area.
  • Ensure that all store activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols within the store, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  • To co-operate of all supplier and maintain good communication.
  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
