Responsibilities & Context:
Have strong knowledge on garments Fabrics & Accessories.
Should have strong confidence on received of raw materials, perform inventory, report to the concerned department.
Should have the confidence to issue correct material to the production floor as per style wise requisition.
Carry good knowledge on ERP systems.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, etc).
Prepare accurate Daily/ Monthly/ Half Yearly & Yearly Stock Report to review and Analysis of actual facts and figures for the next action plan.
Maintain daily weekly monthly requisition for material as per production requirement.
Update daily register and bin card.
Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory and closing reports.
Follow up daily Receive & deliver reports & inform to department head by email.
Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
Ability to work under pressure.
