Responsibilities & Context:
To deal with the Senior Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
Leading a team to ensure order execution and shipment has been done on timely manner to organizational objective.
Make sure market survey & market research & find out potential clients for business development.
Do trend analysis to develop strategies for product categories based on customer current and future needs achieving organizational goal.
Maintaining good communication & relationship with buyer & supplier.
Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time production & shipment.
To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings, yarn and fabric status in order to start production and on time shipment.
To prepare price quotations for new orders based on customer requirement.
To monitor quality inspection report on bulk fabric and inspection report on garment production to prevent any low-quality products from shipment.
Prepare regular reports on key merchandising metrics and present findings to senior management.
Any other task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
