∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 2-4 Years, Experience in direct Sales in Real Estate.
∎ Experience in Sales in Facility Management will be added advantage.
∎ Professional in MS office programs especially Word & Excel.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Experience in customer support.
∎ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
∎ 2-4 Years, Experience in direct Sales in Real Estate.
∎ Experience in Sales in Facility Management will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sales as per target set by the company.
∎ Maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account.
∎ Make phone calls to targeted customers, assess, and qualify for sales development.
∎ Generating leads by the means of door-to-door marketing and sales and seeking references.
∎ Attending incoming inquiries and meeting with clients.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Customize product solutions as required, satisfying customer satisfaction.
∎ Plan to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Any other activity as desired by Management.
