Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively seek out new clients and generate sales leads.
∎ Meet sales targets set by the management.
∎ Present, promote, and sell real estate products to prospective customers.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Regularly visit project sites and assist clients in site selection.
∎ Follow up with clients and prepare necessary documents for booking.
∎ Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
