Job Context: Green Land Town Development Ltd. is one of the prominent land development company In the country, operating with a strong focus in the Purbachal area. We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for energetic, Passionate, and target-oriented individuals for the roles of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new clients and generate sales leads.
- Meet sales targets set by the management.
- Present, promote, and sell real estate products to prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Regularly visit project sites and assist clients in site selection.
- Follow up with clients and prepare necessary documents for booking.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
