Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE
∎ Any Reputed Public or Private University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Liaison With Local Government, Medical Devices Sales and Marketing, Reporting and analysis., Strong communication skills , Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute a strategic sales plan for assign territory that expands customer base and extends market reach.
∎ Capable to create demand for Medical Product Sales. Clear knowledge about our products and also competitors' product to capitalize the comparison.
∎ Meet the target & day to day report to the COO.
∎ Collect WO, contact with principle through appropriate channel.
∎ Clint visit rapidly to build strong communication with related stakeholder.
∎ Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor progress of all current and pending issues
∎ Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns
∎ Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers)
∎ Manage and update invoices. Process new orders and track inventory
∎ Relationship with vendor and supplier for products information, price quotation and other.
∎ Team building and supervise team members work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve efficiency.
∎ Follow and abide by all Company standards, regulations, and laws.
∎ Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company
∎ Appropriately advocate for customers and help define ways to continually add value to the customer experience. Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.
∎ Report operational achievements and progress on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates from North Bengal Region will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
